Maureen and Ryan live in Kansas City, which meant we didn’t get to meet until the day of their wedding. That didn’t worry me, though. I could tell through our email exchanges they were going to be a no-fuss, easy-going couple, at least when it came to their wedding plans and photography needs. Maureen said their day would be simple– a short ceremony, no decorations, no cake cutting, no bouquet or garter toss, and they didn’t need photos of them getting ready. They were just looking forward to celebrating with family and friends, and that’s exactly what happened.
